Visia Skin Analysis

The Visia Skin Analysis System provides an in-depth analysis of each patient’s facial characteristics, both topically and subsurface. Multi-spectral imaging provides a clear, multi-dimensional portrait of the individual aspects of the patient’s complexion that contribute to overall appearance. This analysis allows the SoLux skin technician to identify all aspects of a patient’s complexion health and determine the optimal treatment program.

SoLux Med Spa in Chicago uses Visia Skin Analysis as the foundation for their patients’ care. It provides measurements and key visual documentation for six areas affecting complexion health and appearance: wrinkles, spots, pores, evenness (color variation in tone), and UV spots (overexposure to sun). In addition, the system provides an informative comparison of each patient’s complexion characteristics to those of similar age and ethnicity.

By documenting where skin health is today, patients are given a valuable tool in determining how to repair existing damage and proactively prevent future damage. Regular use of the Visia Skin Analysis to monitor skin condition provides patients with a standardized means of measuring the effectiveness of their skin care treatments and determining further options.
